Brand identity, print and packaging for The Doyle Collection – a family-owned luxury hotel group
As lead designer on this project I was responsible for the identity design for 6 of the 8 hotels, as well as many of the restaurant identities. The brand strategy gave each hotel it’s own palette of typography, patterns, textures and print finishes. Throughout the 2 year project I designed and managed the pitch documents and managed the design, print and production of all brand collateral for all 8 hotels (350+ items), and finally documenting the project in a comprehensive set of brand guidelines.
The following pages show selected collateral for The Kensington Hotel – inspired by old school glamour and luxury fashion, I created a bespoke type treatment and combined black gloss foil over uncoated blue stock with a golden edge for a show-stopping finish.
